For over 25 years, Dick Roth has been advising marketing and management executives of many of the world’s best known brands on critical marketing and communications decisions. Long considered as the founder of the discipline known as Agency Search Dick’s counsel is sought by marketers, agencies and trade professionals for his expertise on Agency Search, Compensation, Relationship Management and helping advertisers structure for the new environment.
Prior to founding Roth Associates, Dick spent 12 years at Scali, McCabe, Sloves. There, as part of the management team, he helped expand Scali’s operations and reputation from a small, creative boutique to a respected, world-wide agency.
Dick’s career began in market research and new product development at General Foods before joining Grey Advertising where he managed Procter & Gamble and General Foods business in the U.S. and in Europe.
Dick has a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth University and an M.B.A. from the Dartmouth Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
