Assignment: Identify a resource to partner with a major global automotive manufacturer for their first significant new U.S. car introduction outside of their primary car line.
Results: Identified and managed the selection of an agency with expertise in non-traditional media for first U.S. automotive introduction utilizing ONLY non-traditional media.
AGENCY SEARCH & SELECTION: Triple Header
Assignment: Undertake a concurrent Search for three different agency resources (general, direct, interactive) for the world's fastest growing stock market.
Results: New general, direct, and interactive agencies identified, selected, and compensation negotiated within four months; all resources working independently and in concert to deliver new brand positioning.
AGENCY ASSESSMENT: Relationship Repair
Assignment: Assess the current Agency and Agency-Client relationship for a major midwestern bank attempting to reinvent and reposition itself in the marketplace.
Results: Completed assessment with recommendation to keep current Agency; implemented Workshops and process Re-Engineering to repair/improve both the relationship and work productivity.
